Ayo Fakolade

Ayo has significant and diverse expertise in commercial law. He has advised several indigenous and, foreign companies, development finance institutions, non-profit organizations and, individuals on diverse issues. He has also played key roles in a wide variety of significant indigenous and cross-border transactions.  Prior to founding Compleo Legal, he started his career at Aluko & Oyebode, Nigeria’s leading commercial law firm. He also worked at a holding company with subsidiaries in the financial, real estate and, telecommunication sectors and, at a private equity firm.

Iyanuoluwa Alarape

Iyanuoluwa is a team oriented and passionate professional with a sound knowledge of Nigerian law and practice, a knack for learning, and, utilizing the law for global impact.

She has advised and represented clients on a variety of commercial issues

Her practice interests include technology, industrial relations and, mergers and acquisitions. She speaks English and German.

Prior to joining Compleo Legal, she started her career with a commercial law firm in Lagos. She has also worked in one of Africa’s leading development finance institutions.

Oyindamola Aje

Oyindamola is an associate in Compleo Legal (Compleo)’s dispute resolution practice group.

She received a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and a B.L from the Nigerian Law School where she graduated with a First Class grade.

She advises and represents clients on a wide range of complex and high value commercial disputes. She understands and analyses complex legal issues and develops innovative solutions to legal problems. She is an excellent team player who is committed to achieving her clients’ objectives.

Since joining Compleo, she has gained significant experience and continuing expertise in Commercial Law and Arbitration.   

Her practice interests include Arbitration, Trade, Finance, Investment and Debt Recovery.

Prior to joining Compleo, she started her career with a leading commercial law firm in Lagos.
