Zero Discrimination Day 2022!
The theme for Zero Discrimination Day 2022 is ‘Remove Laws That Harm, Create Laws That Empower.’ This theme signifies the need to act against the very many discriminatory laws that exist in countries of the world.
‘In many countries, there are laws that result in people being treated differently, excluded from essential services or being subjected to undue restrictions on how they live their lives. Such laws are discriminatory—they deny human rights and fundamental freedom.’
Compleo Legal joins the United Nations and other international organisations in holding states, and more particularly our state Nigeria accountable. We call for a change and we contribute to efforts to create laws that enhance.
